Anthony J. Passannante, Sr.,

Dr. Passannante, Sr. is a Senior Attending
Physician at St. Peter's University Hospital and at Robert Wood
Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He completed his
Medical Residency in Internal Medicine at St. Michael's Medical
Center in Newark, New Jersey, and Cardiology Fellowship at the
Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the New Jersey Medical
School. Dr. Passannante, Sr. is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine and Cardiology, and is Certified in Nuclear Cardiology.
He is the Director of the Nuclear Cardiology Laboratories of NBCG.
His current role in the practice is primarily the
interpretation and reporting of Nuclear Stress
Tests.

He received his residency training at St. Vincent’s Medical Center
in NYC and his Cardiology Fellowship at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital. Dr. Passannante is Board Certified in
Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine. He served on the
Cardiology Department Quality Assurance Committee at St. Peter’s
Medical Center, was a member of the Board of Trustees and serves
as a member of the Medical Executive Committee. He also served as
President of the Medical Staff for one term.
He enjoys golf and tennis. Dr. Passannante has an interest in
community affairs and is a past member of the Cranbury School
Board.
John L. Dorazio, M.D.,

Cardiology
Doctor Dorazio is an invasive
cardiologist practicing at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital
and St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He
received his Residency training at St. Vincent's Medical Center in
NYC and his Cardiology Fellowship at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital. Dr. Dorazio served as the Chief Medical
Resident at St. Vincent's Hospital in 1984. Dr. Dorazio is Board
Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases.
Dr. Dorazio enjoys

Jack A. Stroh, M.D., FACP, FACC, FSCAI,
RVT

Jack A. Stroh, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.P., F.S.C.A.I., RVT
is an Interventional Cardiologist practicing at Robert Wood
Johnson University Hospital and St. Peter’s University Hospital in
New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Stroh graduated Albert Einstein College of
Medicine with distinction for research in cardiology. He completed
his residency in Internal Medicine at Boston University Medical
Center. He completed cardiology training at NYU Medical Center. He
has done medical research in congestive heart failure and laser
coronary angioplasty and lectures on hypertension and
hypercholesterolemia. Dr. Stroh was named in the June 13, 2005
issue of New York Magazine’s “Top Docs in the NY Metro Area.” Dr.
Stroh is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases,
Interventional Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He is also
certified as a Registered Vascular Technician and is in charge of
the EECP laboratory of NBCG.
Dr. Stroh is an avid racquetball player and has a degree in
Talmudic studies.
Anand U. Kulkarni, M.D., FACC

Dr. Kulkarni is an
Invasive Cardiologist practicing at Robert Wood Johnson University
Hospital and St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, New
Jersey. He received his residency training at Our Lady of Mercy
Medical Center, Bronx, New York, and his Cardiology Fellowship at
UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Episcopal
Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kulkarni is
Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine.
He performs cardiac catheterization and transesophageal
echocardiography. Dr. Kulkarni is certified in Nuclear Cardiology.
He has done medical research in angina, angioplasty and
percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.
Clifford D. Gladstone, M.D.,

Clifford D. Gladstone. M.D., F.A.C.C., is an Cardiologist
practicing at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and St.
Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. After attending
Princeton University, he developed an interest in cardiology
during his participation in the Honors Program in Clinical
Investigation in Cardiology at the NYU School of Medicine. After
his residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, he
completed his cardiology training at Long Island Jewish Medical
Center in NY. He is Board Certified in Cardiology, Internal

Sheldon J.
Kukafka, M.D., FACC

Sheldon J. Kukafka, M.D., F.A.C.C., graduated from the
State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn
College of Medicine, Downstate Medical Center in 1992. He received
his medical residency training at Orlando Regional Medical Center
in Florida, and served as the Chief Medical Resident in 1995. His
Cardiology Fellowship training was received from the Sister of
Charity Healthcare System, St. Vincent’s Campus, NY and served as
the Chief Cardiology Fellow in 2000. Dr. Kukafka is an Invasive
Cardiologist practicing at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital
and St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He is
Board Certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Nuclear
Cardiology. Dr. Kukafka performs both cardiac catherization and
transesophageal echocardiography.
Aside from his Cardiology Practice, Dr. Kukafka enjoys spending
time with his family and is an automobile enthusiast.
Subhashini A. Gowda, M.D.
Electrophysiologist
Subhashini A. Gowda, M.D., joins NBCG as an
Electrophysiologist. Dr. Gowda completed her Internal
Medicine residency at Wayne State University Hospital in Detroit,
MI and her Cardiology fellowship at Temple University Hospital in
Philadelphia, PA. Subsequently, Dr. Gowda joined St. Luke's
Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University College of Physicians and
Surgeons, New York, NY for an Electrophysiology fellowship. She
has done research in several branches of cardiology and presented
abstracts in National and International meetings. Dr. Gowda has a
special interest and expertise in atrial fibrillation ablations.
She plans to develop awareness in the community for heart rhythm
abnormalities and contribute to helping these patients.
Dr. Gowda enjoys travel, music, sports and art.
Pratik B. Patel, M.D.
Cardiology: Interventional Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular
Intervention
Pratik B. Patel, M.D., joins NBCG as an Interventional
Cardiologist. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine
and Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Patel completed
his Internal Medicine residency at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ and his cardiology
fellowship at University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA.
Subsequently, he stayed at the University of Pittsburgh for an
interventional fellowship. During his interventional fellowship,
he received specialized training in peripheral vascular
interventions and carotid artery stenting.
Dr. Patel enjoys playing and watching football and basketball.
Camille Dyer, MS, PA-C

Assistant
Camille Dyer is a nationally certified Physician Assistant
(PA)who obtained her Master of Science Degree in Physician
Assistant Studies from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of
New Jersey - Piscataway. Her clinical clerkships included
cardiology, internal medicine, intensive care, emergency medicine,
family medicine, infectious diseases, and surgery.
Camille has priveleges at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital
and St Peter's University Hospital and spends most of her time
with the hospital patients.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)and
a member of New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants (NJSSPA).
Camille enjoys coaching soccer, watching basketball, traveling,
and spending time with her family.
Meenal M. Kothari, MS, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Meenal M. Kothari, MS, PA-S, is a nationally
certified Physician Assistant who joined NBCG in February of this
year. She obtained her Bachelor of Sciences in Health Science from
the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and her Master of
Science degree in Health Science from Philadelphia College of
Osteopathic Medicine. Ms. Kothari’s clinical clerkships included
cardiology, internal medicine, emergency medicine, general
surgery, family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology,
and behavioral medicine. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Ms. Kothari has
hospital privileges at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and
St. Peter’s University Hospital.
Ms. Kothari is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and Spanish. She enjoys
dancing, cultural activities and reading.
Therese Prentice, RN, MSN, CRN, NP
Therese
C. Prentice, RN, MSN, CRN, NP, is a nationally certified Nurse
Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in
Nursing from
Trenton State College and her Master of Science in Adult Primary
Care from
the University of Pennsylvania. She has 18 years of experience in
critical
care most recently in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit at St.
Peter's
University Hospital. Therese is in charge of the Clinical Research
Program at NBCG.
Ms. Prentice enjoys running, spending time with her family, and
leading her
daughter's Girl Scout Troops.
