APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are required for office visits and diagnostic studies. We appreciate 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY
We provide 24 hour coverage. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our answering service at 1 (732) 247-7444 and follow the instructions; one of our doctors is always available.
PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS
For prescription renewal request, please have your pharmacy call or fax a prescription request renewal to the office between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday – Friday. Please inform your pharmacy to call you once the prescription is ready for pick up. Please be advised, prescription renewals require 3 business days to process.

MEDICAL RECORDS
A written request is required from the patient for copies of medical records. The process may take up to 30 days.
