PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS

Prescription renewals require 1 business day to process. Please have your pharmacy call the office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Friday to request a prescription renewal. Please call 732-247-7444.

 

MEDICAL RECORDS

A written request is required from the patient for copies of medical records.
